Gartner has released its 2009 Security Information and Event Management (SEIM) Magic Quadrant. Arcsight, LogLogic, Prism Microsystems are among the vendors in the Magic Quadrant. Broad adoption of SIEM technology is driven by compliance and security needs. New use cases in areas such as application activity monitoring are emerging.
